Realities multiply and collide in this trippy, geekily funny sci-fi thriller. The premise is outrageous as comet-induced chaos taps into our most basic existential angst. The plot gets a bit muddled and the dialogue overly expository in the mid-section, occasionally forfeiting a consistent sense of dread. But things come together at the end as one narrative point of view successfully asserts itself and brings it all to an easily identifiable, smartly climatic close.
