This rather intellectual documentary takes you straight into what’s supposedly the best kitchen in the world. Or, was the best kitchen in the world, as molecular gastronomy inventor Ferran Adrià, whose cooking challenged all conceptions about what cooking is, has announced that his restaurant will be closed forever. The problem is, of course, that taste-o-vision has not yet been invented, and you remain a rather passive spectator with a growing sense of hunger.
