Korine's "found" film
Korine’s newest film, a sort-of ode to the wonders of geriatrics, follows three twisted souls in the suburbs of Tennessee who delight in destruction and sexual perversity. It’s designed to be viewed like a homemade VHS-treasure, with static-y edits and occasional appearances of tracking numbers across the screen. You might not be able to keep from laughing at the mayhem even though you probably should.
TRASH HUMPERS | Directed by Harmony Korine (USA 2009) with a bunch of unknowns. Opens February 17
