DESCRIPTION:In the 1960s\, Bruce Nauman began building “experience archi
 tecture”: corridors and rooms that could be entered by visitors\, offeri
 ng the impression of incarceration or abandonment. Several such experience
 s can be had here\, alongside “Clown Torture”\, a video work\, and neo
 n and sound pieces.\nThe occasion of Berlin’s first major Nauman retrosp
 ective is a donation by Friedrich Christian Flick\, whose grandfather was 
 the famous Nazi collector. The new architectural sculpture “Room With My
  Soul Left Out\, Room That Does Not Care” was unveiled at the exhibition
 's vernissage. Through October 10.
