A film and free nappies? Babylon in Mitte offers just that. Every Wednesday at 11am you can go along to Kinderwagenkino and watch films in a baby-friendly environment. The sound is not as loud as in a normal cinema, the lights are dimmed while the film is shown and nobody minds your baby babbling. It costs €6.50 euros for adults, €4 for kids and is free for babies.

The children's programme often includes classics from GDR-era cinema, and, depending on the film, can also include other activities such as storytellers.
