Look into the face of the fearless young as they scramble up the climbing walls at Magic Mountain. Trying it yourself may prove more challenging and rather embarrassing if awkward handgrips and heights aren't your thing. The climbing center in Wedding provides competent climbing instruction, and kids - with their nimble limbs - really love it.

The center offers after-school climbing, climbing camps as well as birthday parties. Parties cost €90 for up to 6 kids and €15 for each additional child. They last 90 minutes and include refreshments. Our verdict - great value for money and a real hit with little climbers.
