If you think you're little one may be a budding virtuoso, you should look into the Musikkindergarten Berlin, founded by star conductor Daniel Barenboim. Once a week the kindergarten is visited by world-class musicians from the Staatsoper, who bring their weird and wonderful instruments and play with the children. Sounds great? It's fully booked! And there's no waiting list, per se. Children are 'individually selected' - whatever that means. But it doesn't hurt to try. |
