THE ANTOJITO CULTURE
Few traditions in the world are as important to their people as food is for Mexicans. It contains the spirit of the people, their essence, soul and identity. Eating in Mexico is an experience, a celebration closely tied to the culture.
Having such a vast and beautiful land, the number of dishes is huge. Each region has its own flavours and traditions, mostly a mixture of ancient traditions and European elements. From pan de muertos to cochinita pibil.
This is what chef and owner Raul Arriaga brought to Berlin. The colours of a “Mercado” (food street market), the soul of a home made “comida corrida”, the “garnacha puesto” or the typical “taqueria”. They call it the antojito culture.
You will find it difficult to choose between their delicious tacos, tortas, tamales, burritos or one of their many vegan classics like nopales. Order a comida corrida and wash it down with one of their aguas frescas or margaritas.
