Since taking over the old Monster Ronson’s spot, Madame Claude has established itself as a major social center for the ever-growing, multinational, post-collegiate Schlesisches Tor brigade.

The main bar area remains relatively unchanged – except for the furniture on the ceiling and the internal treehouse. There are live bands almost every night, usually of a glitchy or anti-folk nature, though the performance space (replacing the old karaoke booths) exemplifies the reason the term ‘deathtrap’ was invented. Drug of choice: oxygen (not easy to procure).
