Today, Australian artist CJ Hendry flew a 5,000 sq ft drawing of a bloodstained t-shirt, in the shape of a gun, over New York.
The work of was part of a demonstration against gun violence in the US.
In light of the devastating Orlando’s mass shooting she wanted to create something that inspired the possibility for change.
"The objective for me is to have created a piece that not only I, but other people can view, and they can view it, and it can inspire them to create the possibility for change," Hendry told NY1 News. "People are losing lives, and it brings it back to humanity."
