ThinkFilms. Sound like kind of thing your hyper-analytic film student Mitbewohner would go to? Maybe, but its impressive brain-food. Over five nights, 15 panels will meet to discuss how experimental film. Eve Lucas

Organised by Arsenal in cooperation with the Film Institute at Berlin’s University of the Arts, this congress aims to consider experimental film not as a genre but as a specific approach to making movies.

    With English as their lingua franca, 15 panels will meet to discuss issues of form in thought and film and attempt to philosophically redefine experimental film practice. This is one for the little grey cells.
