And what of the latest iteration of Monster Ronson’s? Located in a sizable, relatively unadorned spot across from the Warschauer Straße BVG Zentrale, Monster Ronson's dead-rocker-festooned karaoke booths are usually packed with revellers, which creates an odd disconnect with the somewhat empty DJ/bar area - though when the vocalists emerge from their huts for drinks the implications are thankfully seedy.

Ronson’s could probably do well by doing away with the entrance fee, letting ‘em all in, soaking up the Hotel Michelberg overflow, and then monetizing the booths. Nothing says “I need to sing Steely Dan” like a room full of drunks. Take that, Bearpit!
