This combined café and clothing store plans to sell "'vintage modern" (1970s-1990s) clothes, shoes and accessories from Germany, Poland and the United States, as well as homemade desserts and coffee. Once the operation is fully up and running (on Thursday, August 12), clients will even be able to swap their own clothes for store or café credit - but in the meantime, there's a launch party with vodka, free prosecco and Tacos Berlin's brand new taco truck (a.k.a. the "mobile Mexican kitchen": www.tacosberlin.com). more »
