Hm...

..."blessed with automatic granting of their asylum plea"... first, that's quickly being taken back, if it's applied at all - more and more people have to prove they really are Syrians, even if, say their spouses and children are beyond doubt, but they don't have the right papers. And second, it's wrong to start with. Only individuals who can prove they're being politically prosecuted get their asylum plea granted, refugees from war receive a "subsidiären Schutz", meaning a right to stay and be protected, but temporarily - even if temporarily means years, the state excepts them to return to their countries of origin eventually.
