Travis Jeppesen is the author of five books, most recently Dicklung & Others (BLATT Books, 2009), a collection of poems. He’s a sometime-organizer at PORK, the Sunday night dance party at Ficken 3000, and he’s the Monday night MC at Monster Ronson’s.

Friday

16:00 After touring the galleries in Mitte, I meet a friend at the Tadschikische Teestube, a Tajikistani tearoom gifted by that country’s government to the GDR in the 1970s.

19:00 Dinner at Little Otik, which serves some of the best grub in town.

23:00 I’d organize an all-nighter at a big, legendary venue like SO36 for all my favorite local bands to play.

Saturday

15:00 There’s probably an exhibition at STYX Project Space that I’ve been dying to see.

19:00 Dinner at Kreuz Friedrichs, the fantastic restaurant at Berghain. (Also check out the Exberliner review of Kreuz Friedrichs.)

23:00 I avoid the tourist scene at Berghain and go to Monster Ronson’s to sing into a stupor with the rock star regulars and of course, the hot bar staff.

Sunday

14:00 I spend the day writing at Schwarzes Café – still my favorite after all these years.

22:00 Along with all the other degenerates in town, I’m at Ficken 3000 for PORK. The night ends in a glorious orgiastic haze; Exberliner bails me out of jail on Monday morning.
