Sandra Sarala is a singing New Zealander poet with a sideline in folk lullabies and eastern European song. Since 2002, she has been a staple of the Berlin literary scene.

Friday

12:00 Finish my pay-the-bills job and pop up to Dussmann to buy some music.

14:00 Time for a burrito and a quesadilla at Dolores .

16:00 Off to Greengymberlin for a sauna round, then into the yoga studio.

21:00 Club der polnischen Versager for some jazz.

Saturday

11:23 Leave the house, catch the S2 up to Buch, arriving at Bucher Forst around 12:15. Spend the afternoon getting lost.

18:00 Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant, Si An with friends.

22:00 A gig at Joe’s Bar.

Sunday

11:00 Skype/phone family and friends over breakfast, starting with New Zealand and working my way north.

14:00 Lunch with a friend at The Dairy on Helmholtzplatz

20:30 Take part in the Buzz Club open mic at Lagari , and enjoy the performances.
