
Maître Canet, the founder of the Aux Délices Normands bakery, has been sweetening Berliners’ lives for more than two decades, while Aux Délices Normands’ baker-in-chief, Didier Canat, came to Berlin 20 years ago to follow a love affair – now just a distant memory.
The first boulangerie-pâtisserie opened in 1995, on Berliner Straße. Now four more establishments delight the locals – not to mention nostalgic compatriots – daily with exquisite baguettes, Schoko-Croissants, quiches and freshly-baked cakes.
