No offence, but as far as German cuisine is concerned, we all know that the closer to France you get, the better the food – the Alsatian Gugelhof is living proof.
For more than 10 years now, this busy brasserie has been serving the best Flammkuchen (try the fresh salmon one!), fondue or choucroute and other traditional (mostly meaty) delights from both sides of the Rhine to a mixed crowd of internationals and Berliners, VIPs and locals. The wine and dessert selections are also flawless. Good classics never go out of style. We love it!
