Super Bowl Sunday: Where to watch the big game in Berlin

This year, the 58th Super Bowl takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada and you can watch the San Francisco 49ers play the Kansas City Chiefs (and Usher headline the Halftime Show) right here in Berlin. Here are our top places to watch the big game – and enjoy some real American bar food while you do.

Huxley’s Neue Welt

From 9pm, rappers and performers DJ MAXXXX and Vega will get the warm-up party going. Included in your ticket price of €52.50, you’ll get to experience a unique mix of sporting and concerts, plus access to a huge gaming area, an interactive stage program and raffle competitions. There’s plenty to keep you entertained until the broadcast starts at 12:30am.

LVL World of Gaming

LVL is a veritable palace for all things gaming and sports-entertainment.

On Sunday night they’ll be serving up Super Bowl-themed food throughout the evening and you can take part in some mini-tournaments, including a Super Bowl Quiz. Before you watch the game across the venue’s super-sized screens, you can enjoy the warm-up party, which will keep you in a celebratory mood all night, never mind the outcome of the game.

Entrance is free but you have to RSVP to secure a spot because tickets are limited!

Belushi’s

Belushi’s is perhaps the go-to spot for US sports. On Sunday from 9pm onwards, they’ll be serving a wide selection of international beers and a buffet brimming with American treats. Tickets can be booked online and package deals prices vary.

Hofbräu Wirtshaus Berlin

While it’s mostly known as Berlin’s answer to the Bavarian beer hall, Hofbräu Wirtshaus Berlin also hosts an impressive American-style Super Bowl fest. For your €31,90 ticket, you’ll get to watch the game on the Hofbräu’s supersized screen in all its authentically American splendour: with a buffet dinner of burgers, hot dogs, spare ribs and doughnuts.

FC Magnet Bar

This bar is passionate about more than just the Bundesliga. Come Sunday, they’ll be hosting an epic Super Bowl party – complete with foosball competitions. It’s not possible to make reservations, so show up early to guarantee a good view of the screen.

Freiheit Fünfzehn

Broadcast across an enormous 32 square meter screen, experience the highlight of the American football season at this picturesque beer garden, located directly across Müggelspree waterfront. For €40, the venue and concert hall will open from 9pm onwards for drinks and a mouth-watering American-style buffet to calm the nerves before the game begins.
