Konrad Werner: Julian Assange might be a rapist

this could be a stretch, but the fact he continued to dye his hair white which was part of the cult programming as a child, leaves to wonder if he was " used" as a smokescreen for something. ( this would be some shade of Manchurian Candidate with a twist) Refer to spook film WAG THE DOG. what the distraction would be re Julian is questionable? CIA cults are not uncommon, add Jim Jones ( mass " programmed" suicides), and Charles Manson, whose cult was as well called the Family. Search Mk ultra programming. there are a couple of hundred sub projects. here in Canada we have won lawsuits for Mk ultra. It exists. Having been an activist for decades, I have been informed most " real" activists at this level, do not get this kind of press. There is an " agenda". Real ones are most often silenced or killed. they could have kiilled him many times over. It gets out there granted, but it seems Mk ultra has run its gamut in politics and entertainemtn too. A number of celebs have been " programmed' by it, starting in childhood( search Britney Spears and others in Mickey Mouse club, a pedophile CIA ring, where members were " groomed" to be used in future endeavours) More recently I read accounts of the clintons being " chosen" as children to be politicians. Humour me and search these possiblities. I know a number of celebs and politicians personnally and I am here to tell you it is not as it SEEMS.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the feedback. All that I was saying is that there's a chance, even if it's just a one percent chance, that Assange is a rapist. I think his lawyers' statements make it look pretty bad, and I think there is at least some room for doubt one way or another.

The other quote from Assange's OWN lawyer was this:
"He described Assange as penetrating one woman while she slept without a condom, in defiance of her previously expressed wishes, before arguing that because she subsequently “consented to … continuation” of the act of intercourse, the incident as a whole must be taken as consensual."

I don't know if that constitutes rape or not. Some people say that's basically a confession. Having sex with someone while they're asleep is a crime in most countries, I believe. I think that account of events sounds really bad, and I think there should be a trial in Sweden.

Given that, I went on to say that all the protesters should maybe pick their heroes a bit better, and in the case of Occupy, I think picking heroes at all weakens the movement. I think that was quite a mild point and not very controversial. For people to start going on about "disgusting content" just for bringing up the possibility that Assange is a rapist seems a bit over the top. But I did get upset on Thursday when I saw all those Occupy people shouting their support for Assange, so I felt I had to make the point again. I mean what if it turns out he did rape those women? What if there's proof? Won't they feel a bit sheepish? A bit? I just think the possibility should give us pause.

Also, I've never really got why the US doesn't just try and extradite Assange. Why bother setting up a fake trial in Sweden? The UK is usually more than happy to do whatever the US wants. Isn't the UK even now extraditing that poor guy from Sheffield for creating a file-sharing network?

On Ecuador: you're right, I've never been there or know really what's going on there. I was basing what I said about freedom of speech on the Human Rights Watch report, which I linked to in the article, which I think is a good source, and which I believe also benefitted from Wikileaks revelations.

And you're all right – I could have written a blog about Obama's drone wars, or the UK granting asylum to questionable Russian oligarchs, or the mistrial of Daniel Ellsberg, all of which I think are really bad. I've written articles about drone killings elsewhere. But I wrote this one about Julian Assange. If my auntie had a dick she'd be my uncle.

If Assange is thrown into a dungeon with Bradley Manning that'd be a scandal. Manning's treatment already is one. But Julian Assange still might be a rapist.

Rape or not is not the point

Yeah right, let´s fry the motherfucker for fucking a girl without condom. Any thoughts on Obama, the drone war and killing hundreds of civilists? Oh sorry, I forgot: he´s the good guy. right. Any thoughts on Iraq and weapons of mass destruction, then? Look, rape is a bad thing. And yes: the guy deserves a fair trial. But: chances are where this guy is at right now, he´s not gonna get a fair trail. Why not? Point 1: Because the laws on sexual misconduct in Sweden are a fucking joke - if your on trial for that shit in Sweden you might just as well just cut of your dick and burry urself. Point two: the Yanks are way to f... hot to lay their hands on that mf. (+ Their have been some clues that suggest this whole rapist thing was staged by hmm u name it). Yeah right, sorry again: I´m just a weirdo with aluminum foil on my head that breeds conspiracy theories all day long. Right. What it it boils down to is this: Assange pissed of god´s own nation and they want him dead for that - or at least rotting in a cell for the rest of his life. See Mannings. I mean: don´t you get it? The guy goes to trial in Sweden for rape and as soon as he enters the country he is handed over to the CIA for what? F...ing the president´s daughter? Rape? No, for Wikileaks. If there was any intention other than that, they could put him on trial for rape in wherever, hell even ecuador, couldn´t they?

Why the sudden negative expose on Julian Assange? Could you post something negative about Daniel Ellsberg too? Ellsberg is still a terrorist and deserves to be given unfair trial in my opinion. Maybe he's a racist too. Can you look up some evidence about Daniel Ellsberg possibly being a racist too? We would like to see that expose I think.

But seriously, I used to like reading Exberliner. Disgusting content like this is what keeps readers away from your service.

Null Substanz, viel Meinung.

Proper legal process is what's missing!

Assange should go to trial for rape in Sweden. The problem is that he is likely to be then sent to the US to face treason charges and potentially the death penalty. He should be protected from this.

It is a shame that the two crimes for which he has been accused are not seen in isolation (by his supporters or his condemners).

about a government that likes to deny its own people freedom of speech
