Friday

20:00 I catch an exhibition, film or performance at the queer-oriented Fab Lab

24:00 Walking back to Friedrichshain, I stop by the empty riverside lot in Schlesische Straße and watch the boats and the night sky. I feel out of town for a second.

Saturday

12:00 Breakfast at Heroes which is not only a song from David Bowie’s Berlin album, but also an American/French café that serves great coffee and has a good vibe.

14:00 No perfect Saturday afternoon without a tattoo session at AKA. It feels good.

20:00 I go for a soup at Hot Dog Soup my favourite is the Apfel curry.

01.00 Party with electro hard-tech beats at Sabotage Party, or a psycho-punk concert at White Trash Fast Food.

SUNDAY

13:00 I avoid the tourists at Mauerpark and hit the Boxhagener Platz flea market in Friedrichshain. I always find a great, irresistible CD from myteens.

16:00 Break-time with crème brûlée after a French quiche at Ohlàlà.

19:00 Sunday nights are for chilling and meeting friends at SilverFuture  “You’re leaving the hetero normativ sector” is written on the door, so be warned!
